Instructions: How to Use: 1. Remove both front and back panels completely. Do not remove box top. 2. Place upright in both your fridge and freezer. Change every 30 days. While Fridge-N-Freezer™ contains pure ARM & HAMMER™ Baking Soda, we do not recommend it for baking as the granulation is designed specifically for deodorizing. After use, pour down the drain to freshen.
